| Regrettably,I am ashamed to say that I am a member of Flexi club which has absolutely no customer service to speak of. I am not surprised to see the number of complaints on this hello Peter site and on so many other numerous sites!I transferred from CRI because they could not deliver any requests for holidays, only to be as disappointed with Flexi Club. Eventaully I made the decision to get rid of a bad apple as this is not what should be associated with Holidays and bookings only to get told the board of trustees has deliberated over my request to cancel,and reached a decision not to release me from the contract...and that "cancellation of the contract is subject to your 2012 annual fees..and then I may re-submit in writing the cancellation between january and May 2012."I have sent numerous correspondence over the years detailing my total disappointment with their services, can never make the holiday bookings I request and have to settle for making a reservation in order not to lose points or user charge already paid.This cancellation on my part is at a great cost to myself as I have R2900 sitting in the user charge account which I am forfeiting with this cancellation.Unacceptable | |||
