Falsely appearing to attend to reports here

After laying a complaint on this site Flexiclub's vultures appear to quickly respond to the complaint and promise to sort it out asap.

Over a month later I still have not even a suggestion as to how the problem can be sorted out. They do however continue to debit your account monthly for their fees. This debit order cannot be cancelled by myself as they threaten to blacklist my credit which i cannot afford at this stage in my life.

Absolute disgrace and should be charged criminally for *****!!!!
