Extra payment for non-debit order & poor service

We have been member of Flexi Club for about 10+ years and alway paid a onceoff payment for the annual membership fee. As we do not use debit order they want to charge us an extra R589 - which is unfair for an upfront payment. I emailed the accounts supervisor and received no reply. I phoned them and spoke to a consultant and eventually after getting no satisfactory answers to my query, I asked for the supervisor. I held on for about a minute and then got cut off, without having spoken to the supervisor. When calling back I got not answer as it was now after 5pm.

Indifferent: I eventually had a consultant phone me, and got only the 'once off' full payment discount. He assures me he will speak to the board of directors about the discrimination between debit order once off payment and an eft once off payment. Thank you Arny Nortje.
