I HAVE BEEN TRYING SINCE 2010 TO CANCEL MY FLEXI CLUB MEMBERSHIP.IN FEBRUARY 2011 I WAS INFORMED THAT I COULD NOT CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP THAT YEAR BECAUSE THE FEES FOR 2011 NEEDED TO BE FULLY PAID. AN ARRANGEMENT WAS MADE WITH THE ACCOUNT DEPARTMENT, I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT IF I WANTED TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP AS WELL AS THE FEES BEEN PAID I HAD TO SEND A LETTER TO THE TRUSTEES REQUESTING CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP. I DID ALL THIS ON THE 10 NOVEMBER 2011 BUT RECEIVED NO RESPONCE. I WAS CONTACTED IN NOVEMBER BY A FLEXI CLUB CONSULTANT AND INFORMED THAT MY 2012 FEES WERE DUE, I INFORMED THEM OF THE CANCELLATION AND WAS TOLD THAT THE TRUSTEES MUST HAVE TURNED DOWN MY REQUEST, BUT TO DATE NO CORRESPONDENCE HAS BEEN RECEIVED FROM THE TRUSTEES. I HAVE PAID 2 AGENCYS TO SELL MY POINT BUT TO NO AVAILE. I HAVE NOW BEEN HANDED OVER TO ITC BUSINESS ADMINISTRATORS. I HAVE DONE ALL THAT WAS REQUESTED BY ME WHAT MORE CAN I DO? DOES THAT MEAN THAT YOU CAN NEVER CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP? |
