Boulder Bay Complex bad reflection on Flexi Club

In February 15/02/11 I registered accommodation (Res Ref 1292376) at Boulder Bay on 70 Compensation Road, Ballito Bay. The booking in date was 03/12/11 and departure date 10/12/11. I arrived there to book my daughter in on 03/12/11 and when the lady by the name of Nakishri found out it was for Matric Vac she told me there was a deposit to pay of R1 000,00 cash, which I duly paid and got a receipt for. She did have a problem finding the booking sheet when I was stood at the counter. Then she told me not to worry that she had found it. I duly left thinking everything was in order.
I informed her that my daughter would only get there on the Monday to collect the keys but as I had paid the deposit and signed her in she told me that would be fine. When my daughter arrived to collect the keys on Monday she told her that there was no accommodation available. At this point I must inform you that I had 5 young girls standing waiting to book in and I was now back in Johannesburg. Had the woman informed me on the Saturday that I was there, we probably could have sorted the problem out there and then.
