Since 1999 after my dad pasted away my mother asked me to take over this account on her behalf and since then I had to fight non stop every time I had to talk to them. Latest is billing. Attaching the latest emails I sent to them and in the same breath I can also add Holiday club to this complaint ( PLPT50792) handling on behalf of my daughter. Hi, As discussed telephonic. I have received a statement with the amount of R8429. and on it, it was stated that should I pay before a certain date I could take 10% discount which I did now I get sms's that my account is in arrears and get told that the amount on the statement was after the 10% deduction well this is the first time that I heard of such a rubbish story, how can they deduct the amount if they have no idea when I am going to pay my levy? I do credit control and deduct my discount from the statement total. I suppose that Flexi club being a company that cannot be true to their word will be the first to try this stunt. How the get to the amount of over R2,000 that is short is another story. I cannot believe that after I was yet again promised that I will have no more problems with this account that (Supplier name changed from Flexi Club to The Holiday Club by Hellopeter.com)
