Sure I am not the first nor the last to complain about this. But Flixclub is the biggest ********** company in South Africa. You can just never ever get space ever anywhere when you want it. Now we are being told they are renting out their units. No freaking wonder we cannot get space!! WE ARE PAYING FOR A SERVICE THAT WAS FRAUDULANTLY PROMISSED TO US AND WE JUST NEVER CAN USE!!! What a joke. If you call at 08h00 on the day the reservations open for December they are already fully booked. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE!!!! Now their newest excuse it - it is because the weather in Cape Town is so good in the last few days that we cannot get space. IT IS OUT OF SEASON and no one know that the weather is going to be this good end January!! Freakenly please!!! Stop trying to fool us and start delivering a service - you treaten us that we will lose our points, but we can just never get what we want. How do we have to use our points if we can just NEVER get space????? Not even out of season!!!! |

Dear Cornelia, My apologies for only replying now. Thank you ever so much for sorting out our problem with regards to accommodation with Flexiclub. I am glad that we could at the end get some space and I am able to go on holiday and relax.
