False Advertising

We went to Canal Walk this afternoon and received a scratch card at the robot. We scratched and was guaranteed of a prize as long as we were in the stipulated age group as on the card and were living together. The card stated that we go to the office the same day and present the card to claim our prize. On entering the offices we were asked a few questions and according to the card had qualified. The person seeing to us then stated that on the card we need to be 25 years old and older. So I figured, yay, we won. Then the lady stated that due to them having handed out so many cards and this was the last day of the competition we now needed to be 30 years and older. That if we can bring in a couple that was 30 + years old we and the other couple would receive a prize. I said to her that this was false advertising and that the card guaranteed us a win and that now they were changing their minds on awarding us. I am disgusted at this. The lady explained to us that they had a printing error on some of the cards as some customers could not read their number so came in to claim prozes anyway. This is not my prohlem and I expect my prize. They will be hearing from me tomorrow!

Over the Moon: Thank you for the fast response. First thing Monday morning i was contacted by Flexi Club and was asked to see them at their offices the following day. we were warmly greeted and even offered to use their boardroom to have the meeting. we drew a prize and was offered an alternative prize should we not want the first one. we received a mid week stay at one of four resorts, Monday to Friday, all free of charge. i am very happy with the outcome and would definitely use Flexi Club in the future.
