You probably have all heard the saga about Josh Groban. Well I was one of the suckers that paid almost R2000 to see him and then the concert was cancelled! Then I read on Hello Peter that I could possibly get my money back.
So I called FNB and got a dispute letter on Tues (6th May) I filled it in,faxed it back in the afternoon. 7th May I get a call from Shaun who says that he needs more info which I duly send that afternoon. Not even 24 hours later is the money back in my account!
I'm not only thrilled because I got my money back but because THAT'S WHAT I CALL SERVICE!
