I had reason to go into FNB Ermelo twice in the last 2months to transfer money to my son overseas, a lady by the name of Portia helped me. What a pleasure, she was so efficient, and knew the forms to be completed, the procedure for calling the reserve bank, and even could tell me the day the money would be in my son's account, and he phoned to say it was in his account the day she said it would be. She was so friendly and efficient, it makes such a change to get someome who actually knows how to do things right the first time, ususally there is a problem of how the forms were completed etc.etc. I have phoned the branch and spoke to someone there and asked her to compliment Portia on the service she provided, I hope my thanks are passed on to her, as sometimes people are quick to complain, but the manager of this branch should be made aware that the service she provided was friendly efficient, and fast.
