Drowning in debts no prospect of debt consolidation offer

I'm so disappointed with FNB that as their client of many years they still can't offer me a consolidation loan which will essentially help me, to be financially independent, also when one applies for a loan the ratios there are not reflecting the reality abs therefore it gives amounts unheard of which then suggests debts are more than income . When does FNB give they're clients loans who are employed and stable jobs, I get so frustrated am even thinking of leaving fnb cause it's been so useless to me as their client I have never benefitted. We even get ********** by Reset and Bayport because our very own banks will not come through for us.
