Steven has , twice in one week , gone out of his way to help us 2 old toppies with online banking after we managed to foult things up completely! His patience explaining the new modern ways of banking was amazing. He even tried , on 2 occasions, to sell us more expensive banking options ! Way to go Steven. Now , if only FNB could make the advert for a free smartphone a little clearer ? I was sure that's what I would of received when I signed up and started using the FNB App? So badly wanted the wife to start too. |
