What a pleasurable experience!

I opened a new account with FNB. I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service and the ease of doing this. I have had continuous problems with my current bank and if I knew how simple it was switching to FNB I would have done it ages ago! Congratulations FNB, you are a good example of what service should be.
