Utterly Disgusted: FNB didn't load my beneficiaries and debit orders and I sent them an email on their website. The agent/supervisors that is dealing with the query is insinuating that i'm lying i sent the documents to them on the 9th of Feb and i'm providing proof as well. This Jessica Padayachee doesn't deserve to work in a customer service environment, she has no people skills, none whatsoever.
