I'd like to commend this young lady, she gave me exceptional service in less than 10 minutes she upgraded my account from savings to cheque and explained everything clearly. Wow! I'm delighted. FNB should keep employees like her. |

| Utterly Disgusted: FNB didn't load my beneficiaries and debit orders and I sent them an email on their website. The agent/supervisors that is dealing with the query is insinuating that i'm lying i sent the documents to them on the 9th of Feb and i'm providing proof as well. This Jessica Padayachee doesn't deserve to work in a customer service environment, she has no people skills, none whatsoever. | |||
