| Since it might seem like I'm always bitching I thought it a good idea to proof you wrong. I called the other day and spoke to the branch manager at erm. She was very efficient and friendly and not to happy with the service I received and did the follow up herself. I had an answer the same afternoon. I received an sms to notify me that the ipad will be delivered 1feb ,,,, hhhmmmm, courier just dropped it off. Thanks you so much for great service from your branch manager at east rand mall. First National Bank has proven that they are way ahead with online banking apps, making things such as buying an ipad or playing the lotto as easy as a few clicks.
