About 8 months ago, I moved all of my banking accounts from ABSA to FNB (after banking with ABSA for 20 years). Ms Lesego Nkala was then appointed as my Private Banker. During the past few months, she has assisted me with a number queries at the bank. She has always responded to me within 24 hours and her friendly, efficient service has been fantastic. I would just like to complement Lesego and FNB on great customer service. I am very happy that I made the change from Absa to FNB. |
