| I have to express my absolute gratitude and appreciation i feel for the service i received at the Adderley street branch this morning. I arrived at the branch 15minutes before the branch closing time. I was assisted by a very friendly lady named Deborah who went out of her way to make sure my very long and complicated little situation was resolved. She did this with a smile on her face and keeping me up to date with what she was doing and reassuring me it will be sorted out. Although i was still at the branch long after most customers had left she was very patient with me and did not rush me at all, instead she went an extra mile in helping me with other issues on my account i wasn't even aware of. Deborah made me feel like a valued client of FNB and its because of employees like her that i`m going to continue my relationship with the bank. | |||
