Today for my birthday, I had such an excellent service from my bank FNB. When I walked in, I was welcomed by Branch Manager(Tsele) and while seated, he asked how can he help me. I went to FNB in Fourways on Tuesday, their service was very bad. I have never experienced such bad service since I was with FNB. Just coming to think that the Tuesday I went there, I was telling my colleague/friend that I am very happy with FNB but I was embrassed by the ladies who were helping me being very rude and unprofessional. Darryl and Ashley were the only ones who were very apologetic trying to do damage control. I am not sure why those ladies can't do things right first time. This is to Tsele for making me still fall in love with my Mzanzi's no.1 bank, he even mentioned that they not going to charge me for the new card. He didn't know it was birthday and didn't know I had bad service at the other branch. I felt so special and with a service like that it just made my day. You don't have to do anything big to impress customers, just something small and stick to the brilliant basics and your customers will be happy. And for that, I am opening my business account with them. BROADACRES U ROCK! |
