Great attitude makes banking a good experience

I had an issue with my bank cards on the first day I received them. Only one phone call later Natasha helped me and when I went to the branch it took 10 minutes and everything was fixed. I then had a further issue with my internet banking, and once again it took only one phone call to Natasha to have it all activated and sorted out! I'm very impressed with the friendliness and the efficiency with which she helped me! Thank you for making banking a good experience again!
