I am actually banking at ABSA, but had to go to FNB today to open another account since I was upset with the service I got from ABSA Groblersdal. The FNB personnel at Groblersdal is friendly and supportive and I don't have to struggle to know where to go. I don't have to stand in queues a mile long and don't have to deal with other customers jumping the queue! Thankis FNB! My experience today was putting a smile on my face! |
