I would like to comend Sanele for assisting me with a query that 2 other pple in the same branch said they could not help me with. He was friendly from the start to the end, as frustrated as I had been when I went to him and when I left and went back again I ended up with a smile on my face for him having gone the extra mile just so I could have my account back in order again.
