| I would just like to thank Melissa for the fantastic service that i received regarding my numerous complaints with regards to unauthorised Debits going from my account . I must say this is the first time i have actually received this kind of service from my bank . Not only was the debit order returned into my account , i was also given follow up calls and I was even given advise as to how to go about resolving this issue permanently . I must Say this is fantastic service and FNB has a fantastic employee in Melissa . This was really going the Extra Mile and FNB ,, i think you need to GIVE THIS LADY A BELLS '' . THANKS AGAIN | |||
