| Faith called and emailed me every day to make sure I was up to date with the process, and had everything ready for the process. When I sent the fees quotation documents through, there was a deadline on, after which I would have to pay 10% of the outstanding fees in as penalty. Instead of taking the expected 5-7 working days, depending on your perspective, she managed to push it through in 1-4 days, getting the cash through in time for the deadline and saving me R1327! | |||
