I have recently moved accounts from ABSA to FNB due to high bank charges. I was with ABSA since I was 16 years old! I have, thus far, experienced the following with FNB: Easy, fast set-up of the account Affordability - no hidden bank charges - one flat fee Delivery on time Very friendly call centres Very impressive and user-friendly online banking on which I can bank, buy, transfer, play lotto, buy prepaid, open new accounts, loand , Ebucks etc. Wake up ABSA - ripping people off and bad service.
