you cant take a month to check an account

i am still waiting for a **** answer regarding reference number:133866. i got the **** reference on the 19 Jan, how hard can it be to ******* check amounts going from my account. its almost a ******* month. no word whatsoever. when you want your ******* money you threaten with lawyers and credit bureau. now who do i turn to? this is really ****** up. and im sick of this **** with my account always being in the negative all the time because of uncleared funds. u are gonna loose a customer. if u can count you will be minus one customer soon.
