Why why why why???

I ordered a I pad 2 16 gig wi-fi on your website to day I find out that FNB has decided that I ordered a Samsung Galaxy tab??? not what I asked for after been pushed around from pillar to post I was told they will cancel my order of the Samsung Galaxy tab, and correct the order as per what I originally order but unfortunately it will take 15days???? I mean really now in this day and age if you cannot get my I pad to me by next week just cancel the order and I will go somewhere else I am really not that hard up to deal with FNB in fact this changing my bank account to FNB has not been the most pleasurable process.
