Why is the payments not updated?

I would like to find out why the payments not being updated correctly on my credit records with credit bureau. The status is showing 150 days in arrears. In my knowledge is not like that. Please can someone assist me with this regards. This is already affecting me when applying for credit.
I'll appreciate your prompt responds.

Utterly Disgusted: No one has contacted me or bother to notify me if they dealing with my query. Is what I’ve been experiencing with FNB Home Loans. I'm still going to write another complaint until they sort this out.
