I bank with "Steve" and after hearing the FNB adverts, I was convinced FNB was the better bank. DO NOT believe the adds people! They will NOT transfer your debit orders free of charge, nor will they contact you back! Everything in those adds are fiction! Why would I fight just to swap banks? If this is the service non-FNB customers get,(surely they would treat us better because they want our business?) can you imagine the lack of service you will receive if you were an FNB client? No wonder "Steve" charges more. You get what you pay for. At least my bank will listen to me before they read out of a book what to say to customers. |
