So unfair with Bank charges

So I joined FNB Staff acount which is a gold cheque acoount at the time i was told that it would be R30 or something due to it being a staff account. I decided to take it despite having probems with them in the past. I then went onto Maternity leave in july last year going into the bank branch at Promanade and they provided me with the info for my bank part of the UIF section. I went got the stamp and all information and i know that this is logged coz u have to sign and everything. My benefit couldnt get paid out due to incorrect details given i go bank and get another one this time at Mitchells Pain Branch sit in a long que and then took it back. My maternity leave was over and then i was told to give other bank details, In this instant no money has been in ans out of the account which was not my fault coz i wasnt getting proper assistant I returned to work in nov to find out i have bank charges of R380 which was upsetting. To date my bank charges R512.55 I dont mind paying for nov dec jan but this amount of money can be enough my babys diapers i cannot afford this im so upset coz i didnt get my maternity benefit until i returned to work in another bank account becoz of FNB

Utterly Disgusted: I really appreciated the fact that I got a call back today from someone at FNB. I must say the person who called was very sincere and professional BUT how can I get the print out that I gave to the UIF office in July. What makes me so angry is that I called the call centre I've been into promanades and symphony walks branch. I'm fedup coz R 515 is not a joke at all. I'm honestly not happy with this I will pay the fees that I need to which will be dec jan and feb but for the months im not prepar2
