I went in this morning to make arrangements on my FNB account at the FNB Branch in Hatfield. I spoke to Marais Engelbrecht. I showed him that my clients have already deposited over R14 000.00 and that it will cover the R7000,00 the account is in overdraft with. It took me 2 hours in the bank to arrange this. At one a clock I was at home, just to see everything gets reversed. So I asked myself is this man a banker or just a bull ******* that sit behind a desk and earn a salary. What is happening with FNB? Your services at branch level is up to ****. Hatfield branch the telephones never gets answered. Menlyn retail branch I phoned over 15 times the other day the phone rings until it goes dead. Then the bank is still losing personnel like Charmaine a brilliant FNB service consultant. She have done work that not even 10 of the consultants that is now employed can do in one hour. I need FNB to come back to me over my account and the reason why the debit orders is send back after arrangements was done and made with Marais Engelbrecht at Hatfield Branch. I can also as an FNB client declare that FNB service at branch level is the worst of all the banks in South Africa now. |
