Online banking off twice in 3 days!

FNB online banking is off for the second time in 3 days. This is completely unacceptable, we are losing business due to you.

Please sort out your technology!

Indifferent: Customers have still not been notified of the system problem.  We can all understand when a system goes down, but you should let customers know about this when it occurs!!!
