No updates on cheque card ***** investigation...

It's been a week since they stole a large amount of money out of my cheque account via a ********** cheque card. Yet I don't have a case number and no effort has been put in to update me on where the investigation stands. However I have not a single sent in my bank account to live, pay debt or get to work. Every time I have phoned the ***** hotline the same response is given to me: You will receive a sms either to day or tomorrow.

Needless to say tomorrow come and go and still nothing!!!!!! Bills are piling up and my petrol is running out and all I want to know is where are they regarding the investigation so I can crisis manage and plan to get through this month.
