incorrect table delivered

i had a price dispute, i then got a deal for a apple tablet for 209 a month which i agreed on but stateing i want an ipad 2 with 3g and wifi. i then get a phone call est 2 hours later saying she has only quoted me on a wi fi tablet only, i then ask for the 3g one at 229 which she then says she will get it corrected. a week goes by and i get my tablet , that evening i find out that i received the incorrect tablet (with no 3g). i phone that friday to state its incorrect. get called on monday and get told the matter will be resolved. its now thursday evening and still have heard nothing. do i have to wait another 10 days to get a tablet? service is poor and im very un happy. have been told is been esculated but have heard nothing. please resolve this matter asap.
