on the 1st of Jan i gave notice for money to be released from a 32 day account. Today is 33 days and the money has not been released. I spoke to the lenasia branch who advised that the consultant entered the date incorrectly and instead of notice been given on the 07/01, notice was to be given on the 01/07. HOW INCOMPETENT IS THIS? I was referred to the branch manager at trade route who has a "laxadazy"attitude. I am so glad that after this i WILL NOT be dealing with fnb. Before anybody chooses FNB, ask yourself,CAN FNB HELP ME. PUTRID SERVICE! Your slogan should really be WE CANT HELP YOU and we will screw up your account |
