On Friday the 3rd of February 2012 at 16:20 I went to the ATM to withdraw my pension money. No money came out of the ATM and I received my ATM receipt and the machine showed OUT OF SERVICE, I did not receive my cash that I withdrew. On Saturday 4 February I went into the branch to resolve this matter. I was told to see the manageress Annelene Pillai. Now first of all if she was a manageress she would have gone out of her way to help me but all she said was that this is the procedure to fill out a form and wait unitl the following Monday. As a pensioner I cannot wait for a Monday or Tuesday or next week or a year until FNB sorts out their mistake. It is my money and it was the ATM's fault. I sure hope that Annelene and her attitude will show how helpful FNB really is. I demand that this problem gets sorted out ASAP. |
