| I am involved in a property transaction of stand 1254 Glen Erasmia Ext 21 Kempton Park. a Bond was registered in favour of FNB and the orriginal Title Deed was sent to and received by FNB. This property is sold and during the registration process it was found THAT FNB LOST THIS PROPERTY'S TITLE DEED.My question now is who will be responsible for the cost of the process to get a new Title Deed? | |||

| Not Impressed: As a third party in this transaction FNB feels not to give any answers to me. No matter if both my clients (buyer and seller) looses money with the delay of the lost TITLE DEED. It seems to me it is OK to misplace or lost such surity documents. I think it is important that owners with bonds with FNB are to be warned against this attitude of FNB. | |||
