FNB - Very very poor service

I have been trying to help my fiance to open up and FNB account now since November 2011 and FNB are coming back with millions of stories such as special documents required etc etc etc.

We have given them all documents required but we are still waiting. I have posted a hellopeter about this last year and FNB responded with the below reference but to date i have had no response this is ridiculous guys come on.
