FNB not responding to 'contact us' on line

FNB on line banking has a 'contact us' selection, and since my phone is down I submitted my query via the on line 'contact us' but received no reply from them. This is not the first time this has happened, they never seem to reply so you have to phone them. My complaint is why have a 'contact us' facility if no one ever replies to any query submitted this way

Quite Impressed: As always, FNB responds well when I lodge this sort of complaint. A lady from FNB phoned me Saturday morning although I was at gym, and had difficulty hearing her for a while, but that is not FNBs problem. My problem is not that FNB does not answer queries, their phone support is very good, the problem is that when a query is submitted on line via the 'contact us' no one ever seems to reply. in any way,
