| HEADLINE | FNB f*cks up, but I have to pay! |

| FNB like to boast that they are all about service.HA HA HA.23 January R6500 was stolen from my acc due to debit card cloning. After following the correct claiming procedure,I was told that it will take 20 days to pay me back. After 2 weeks I follow up, only to be informed that the cons I was dealing with, simply didnt submit my claim, but oh!we still need your credit card payment?!?!?!WHAT?! Spoke to branch manager Puleng Molete who informed me that nothing can be done for me and it will take 6-8weeks!What, exactly must I do in the meantime?Bearing in mind that for the past 2 weeks Ive had to live like an absolute HOBO, seeing as FNB still deducted their loan repayment amount, leaving me with NOTHING AND an outstanding rent payment.Their solution?Take out a loan?!? So do I have to pay interest for YOUR cons ******* up my claim???I am the one suffering here after entrusting my hard earned money with u.Your service is ****!!!and I will be cancelling my acc. This is ridiculous and Im sure the Ombudsman is going to agree with me. You do not look after your clients, as you claim to do. | |||
