HEADLINE	F&B - what a battle for assistence.
I applied for vehicle finance about a week ago and had to constantly beg for assistance wrt to my application. This is the communication sent through to Mr Zondo after much frustration: Hi Derick, ......Please note that the call I received from Jenine was based on the R425 000 amount.....of which she confirmed that my instalment would be R6200 (since all calls are recorded, please can you request a transcript of the conversation?) at no given time during the conversion did Jeneine mention to me that she was working on the old amount. Please see attached e-mail that confirms the R425 000 which is based on my affordability. With all due respect, I don't believe that you and Jenine has given my application the respect that it deserves, in fact, I have to make several calls to your department to get feedback. Jenine did not even negotiate the interest rate with me including the other factors...ie, that I have 2 cars currently financed through Wesbank. I had to apply to other Banks who gladly negotiated all aspects of the deal which you requested that I send you because my portfolio was not good enough. Based on the above, may I please request that you close the existing account Add a new First National Bank Report Inappropriate report?
