CANNOT access my on-line Banking

The same as johnash report. I did my daily login and was failed 3 or 4 times after using the correct details every time (I should have been locked as the warnings said). Then I'm now suddenly able to log into my account (using the same correct details as before) but my bond account does not show up in my list of accounts.
What's going on FNB? Did somebody pay off all my debt and closed the bond account? Thank you very much, can you send the house deed over now? If not then what is going on? Where is my bond account?
