ATM constantly 'offline'

Hi... Steve here from ***Bank

We depend on your ATM here, that has the 'cash deposit' function as the branch does not handle any cash funds (ie. no tellers etc).
For the past two weeks, every time we need to make a cash deposit, the ATM is 'offline' . At least, twice the problem was rectified on the same day. This is starting to become very inconvenient... and quite frankly, I don't see the point of even having any ATM's here.
Don't you guys believe in being pro-active? If there is a constant problem with the 'network' , would it not be more cost effective to get to source of the problem and fix it, instead of sending a team out every time to fix this? You know... prevention is better than cure!

I know that you will send a nice automated reply, apologizing for the inconvenience caused. All we want from you though is that the problem is fixed and remains that way.

Not Impressed: Nothing has been done to address this. In fact both machines are out of order.
