Unwilling to help

I Have been trying to obtain a student loan through FNB since December 2011! I have been back and forth from the Morningview branch on South street in Sandton and all they tell me is to contact the Loans department!

I recently received and sms confirming the approval of the application and that FNB will start to debit my account with the interest amount that i should pay! This sms was received on friday the 6th of Jan at 8:27 am! then i received a follow up sms from the same number saying that my application was unsuccessful at 7:02 pm!
I went into the Northmead branch where they couldn't explain it and said that there was a system error and that the loans department would reprocess the loan and that i should not have to worry!
I called the loans department and spoke to Alfred Skhosana, whose attitude was why the **** should he care! Is there anyone at FNB without any attitudes?

Over the Moon: So there was a problem, but it was sorted out within 24 hours!
