During the last month of November my domestic worker's debit card was cloned and all of her salary was stolen from her bank account. We went to our FNB branch where she completed affidavits and it was sent to the debit card ***** department, which acknowledged receipt of this claim within a day. They gave her a reference number and said that it would take between two to four weeks for the case to be resolved. It's now been five weeks and every time I phone I just get the answer that the investigator is still busy. When I phoned today and asked to speak to the investigator I was told that there's no numbers for the investigators and that they can only be reached via e-mail and that they're not allowed to give me the e-mail address. I told the person who helped me that I will phone back later and that I needed a better answer. When I phoned back, another guy helped me and when he heard that I'm being assertive, he gave me the INVESTIGATOR'S telephone number and name!!! Why was it neccessary to LIE??? |
