Salary not reflecting on my FNB acc

I opened an account with FNB last year and the salary deposit was scheduled for 23rd of Feb that's today. I went to the ATM and the is zero balance.I checked with my HR if they made any mistakes,and they told me that before they do a salary deposit they test and check if that account is correct.My salary was deposited I called FNB and a consultant told me to that my account is inactive and he transferred me to another consultant and the guy I spoke with told me my account is active an there is no history of money deposited to my account. Its not even the first time money was posited to that account because they called me to deposit money to my account and I did that.They even switched my debit orders from the old account to the FNB account.My question is why swicth my debit orders and even give me a card if the account is not active? Now I have to take a half day at work to go to that branch to sort this out. I am not just going to go there to fix this but I am going to make a seen.They better get ready for me.Many of mu colleagues are planning to switch to FNB and if this goes bad I'm going to tell them not to bother because they are going to have a very bad experience

Over the Moon: When I got to the Carlsworld banch there was a lady righ at the entrance who asked me what was the problem and I explained everything to her and she immediatley took me to the consultant by the name of Rivana.She activated my account and then she called one of the FNB department to find out what was going to happen with the money that was transfered and they assured me that the money will be in my acc on the following day.I was impressed with the way both ladies handled the situation.
