Response not received to inquiry made

All I can say is HOW DISSAPOINTED I am with the 'service' I have (NOT) received from FNB.

I sent through my 1st mail on 1st December 2011 as I bought into their radio campaign about being a superior bank to deal and wanted to find out about moving my business account to FNB. I am yet to get a reply.

I sent through a follow up email on 26 January 2012 requesting someone to contact me on - and still no one from FNB has made contact!!

Based on their extensive radio advertising campaign about trying to get people to convert to their bank - this service is way below par.

Extremely dissapointed

Quite Impressed: I received a response the same day and a call the day after. I have since been contacted by a branch near me and have set up a meeting
