Poor service

When I opened an account in September I was told that I qualify for a credit card,an application was processed and I was told to wait eight working days for a response. After two months of silence I went back and was told that I have to bring my payslip and they will make a new application.In December when I brought my payslip I was then told that there was no need for me to bring it as they were busy processing my application,this time I was advised of three weeks waiting period, it has passed, still no response. FNB how can we help you?
