Poor customer service and no knowledge of products

Phone contracts were ************ opened in my name and only findout when DO ran through my account: I went to Davenport branch and was assisted by Sbongile asked her to do was to reverse the Debit Order only as I have already stopped it on the internet, instead she reversed the money and also stopped debit order. I told her that I only asked to reverse the money only and was now double charged. She said she couldn't see R10 that was needed to be charged I suppose n asked me to come the other day when both transactions appear. Went back the following week and she said she sent the request via email now the problem is that account was overdrawn as I only left enough money for debit orders in that account. I then went back again and because I didn't Sbongile and Siya went to lunch I was assisted by Ms Mpiti who seem to be new. I asked to find out why both monies were not credited back with Sbongiles help she she tried to contact. These other people and said they seem to be closed for the year and advised me to leave my details. That was the 30th of December . I am still waiting for her call till today.

Quite Impressed: very impressed as they credited what was owed to me. But they never phoned and explain what the problem was. But what matters is that i got my money back.
