Please fix my account...

Gosh... FNB must love me that they want to hear from me again.

When my account was changed without my knowledge from a SILVER to a GOLD cheque account, I asked for it to be restored: http://www.hellopeter.com/first-national-bank/complaints/account-upgraded-without-my-knowledge-709861

It was then put to a SMART cheque account

My word... I didn't realise it was such a complex process.

Anyway, please make my account a SILVER cheque account as it once was.

Any fees incured by me by FNB's mistake are to be reimbursed to me please.
