Opened new account for Tablet offer, but no Tablet

I opened an account with FNB on the 9th of December 2011. Did the whole salary and debit switching procedure. Placed order for a tablet. On the 9th of January 2012 I contacted FNB to find out when delivery was taking place. They confirmed that everything was in order and that I should contact UTI for delivery today (10/01/2012) if they don't contact me. I called UTI and they confirmed I'm not on their system for delivery. Contacted FNB again. The lady informed me that there was a problem on my account and she has to take it up with her administrator. She would call me back. This was 9:00 this morning. I don't know what the problem is but really don't feel like contacting FNB AGAIN and being placed on hold AGAIN or being transferred to someone else AGAIN. Please contact me with a delivery date !!!

Quite Impressed: So, after all the complaining I received my Tablet. Why does one have to complain before receiving good service?
